TèKHNE Energy Management

TèKHNE / SERVICES

Measure performance.
Manage energy.

From consumption data to useful indicators: we follow the performance of the systems to recognize anomalies, verify interventions and guide decisions.

01 / MONITORING

See what changes.
Understand why.

All services ↗

A measurement is useful when it helps to make a decision.

Let's start from the site objectives and the data already available: bills, meters, supervision systems, production and operating conditions. We define which quantities to follow and how often, avoiding collecting data that does not answer a concrete question.

Periodic readings make deviations, effects of adjustments and results of interventions visible. The comparison with those who manage the plants allows us to interpret the numbers in their context.

Production

Consumption and peaks read together with shifts, production volumes and operating conditions.

Buildings and services

Air conditioning, lighting and other uses compared with hours, occupancy and climate.

Distributed assets

Consistent indicators to observe multiple locations and identify where to delve deeper.

02 / TURNING DATA INTO ANSWERS

A clear read
of performance.

Data becomes meaningful when it has a perimeter, verified quality and a reference to compare it with.

01

How much and when

Load curves, consumption by energy carrier and time slots help to recognize peaks, base loads and unexpected variations.

02

Compared to what

Initial indicators and references take into account, when relevant, production, climate, occupancy and other variables.

03

What to do

Deviations become targeted checks, adjustments or intervention proposals, with defined responsibilities and priorities.

03 / THE PATH

From raw data
to daily management.

The level of detail depends on the objectives, systems and tools already present.

FRAME

Objectives and scope

We identify significant users, decisions to support, contact persons and available data.

ORGANIZE

Measurements and quality

We check meters, collection frequency, completeness and consistency of the time series.

READ

Indicators and anomalies

We build essential dashboards and reports, with thresholds and comparisons suited to the site.

ACT

Verification and revision

We share the deviations with managers, verify the actions and update the indicators.

04 / WHAT THE CLIENT RECEIVES

Readable information.
Verifiable actions.

Reports and tools are calibrated to who needs to use them. Reading continuity is as important as the initial setup.

Management systems and certifications ↗

A shared framework

Defined indicators, data sources and collection responsibilities: each comparison has a clear meaning.

Signals to investigate further

Deviations and anomalous consumption highlighted together with the possible causes to be verified in the field.

Track results

Comparisons over time to evaluate adjustments and investments, taking into account changing conditions.

05 / REFERENCES

A method of measurement
to improve over time.

The standards are methodological references. Their use and the possible certification path depend on the context of the organization.

BEFORE YOU START

Frequently asked questions.

Do you need new meters to get started?

Not necessarily. We start from the information already collected and check whether it is sufficient for the agreed objectives. Further measures are evaluated when they can clarify a significant use or anomaly.

Does every deviation indicate a problem?

No. Production, climate, times and methods of use may explain a variation. Checking with the site representatives helps to distinguish an expected change from a critical issue.

Does monitoring replace energy audit?

They are complementary activities. The diagnosis builds a picture of uses and opportunities; monitoring follows performance and verifies what happens over time.
