TèKHNE Energy Management

TèKHNE / SERVICES

Resources and needs.
A solution worth assessing.

We study the combined production of energy and the valorisation of biogas according to the available resources, uses and possible management.

01 / THE SERVICE

Technology follows
the conditions of the site.

All services ↗

Cogeneration and biogas require different evaluations, but the same attention to the balance of the system.

In cogeneration electricity and heat are produced together. Economic viability depends on the actual possibility of using thermal energy, on operating hours and on integration with utilities. Biogas, on the other hand, starts from an organic resource: quantity, continuity, characteristics and management of the supply chain determine the configuration to be explored.

A reliable project relates energy profiles, resources, authorizations, operation and costs over time. Feasibility precedes the choice of equipment.

Usage profiles

Operating hours and simultaneous demand for heat and electricity are decisive for evaluating cogeneration.

Resource availability

For biogas we examine feedstock availability, the variability of organic material and flow management.

Operating conditions

Maintenance, personnel, connection and environmental constraints are part of the technical solution.

02 / TWO ROUTES

Different questions.
Choices to integrate.

Technologies can be evaluated individually or as parts of a supply chain, when the context allows.

COGENERATION

Produce electricity and heat together

We compare simultaneous demand, required temperatures, minimum loads, useful hours and connection methods. Heat recovery is part of sizing, not an automatic benefit.

  • Electrical and thermal load profiles
  • Integration with existing generators and networks
  • Management, maintenance and availability
BIOGAS

Enhance an available resource

Let's start from the origin, quantity and characteristics of the substrates. We consider continuity of feedstock supply, treatment, energy uses and waste management within the project perimeter.

  • Availability and logistics of biomass
  • Configuration and uses of the gas produced
  • Technical controls and authorization checks

03 / THE PATH

Feasibility first.
Then the configuration.

We define the additional information needed based on the available data and the maturity of the idea.

COLLECT

Data and constraints

Consumption, profiles, resources, spaces and operating conditions form the starting framework.

BUILD

Technical scenarios

We compare configurations compatible with energy uses and site management.

CHECK

Economy and requirements

We estimate investment, operating costs and expected benefits; we identify permits and checks relevant to the specific project.

PREPARE

Next steps

We clarify missing data, subjects involved and activities useful for planning and implementation.

04 / THE RESULTS

A measurable hypothesis.
A reasoned decision.

The evaluation clarifies the conditions under which the solution can work and those that remain to be verified.

Feasibility and investments ↗

Resource budget

Energy demand or biomass availability, with data quality and variability explained.

Comparable scenarios

Configurations, system integration, expected performance and main constraints.

Implementation framework

Costs, management, authorization checks and in-depth analysis necessary before the investment.

BEFORE YOU START

Frequently asked questions.

Is cogeneration worth it in every site with high consumption?

No. What matters above all is the simultaneous pattern of electricity and heat demand, together with the hours of use and management costs.

Is it enough to know the quantity of material available for biogas?

No. Origin, composition, continuity, logistics and waste management influence the feasibility of the supply chain.

Can incentives be evaluated right from the start?

Yes, as a scenario to be verified with respect to the technology, beneficiary, requirements and tools actually available at the time of the project.

LET'S START FROM YOUR CONTEXT

Let's examine together
the conditions of the site.

Share consumption, available resources and objectives: let's define which scenarios are worth investigating further.
