Know before choosing
Data helps distinguish real needs from hypotheses. We read consumption, processes and operating conditions before proposing a solution.
TèKHNE / WHO WE ARE
We believe in a more responsible use of energy: reducing waste, motivating choices and considering the impact of activities. Our method combines data, people and verification of results.
OUR VISION
Every building and every process uses energy and resources. For TèKHNE, dealing with it means looking for solutions that make sense for those who use them and for the context in which they are inserted.
Let's relate performance, investment and environmental impact. We listen to the needs, analyze the alternatives and share the selection criteria, to build a sustainable path also in daily management.
THE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE US
Our way of working is based on six criteria, from the first analysis to management over time.
Data helps distinguish real needs from hypotheses. We read consumption, processes and operating conditions before proposing a solution.
We consider the possibilities of reducing waste, recovering energy and integrating renewable sources, in relation to the characteristics of the site.
We connect energy choices to environmental effects. To evaluate emissions, a defined perimeter, adequate data and explicit hypotheses are needed.
An investment is read together with operating costs, maintenance and useful life. Economic viability must be assessed with the reality in which the system will operate.
Those who use the systems know their daily needs and critical issues. Listening, comparing and sharing objectives are part of technical work.
We compare the performance with the defined references and read the deviations. The observed results allow us to update priorities and actions.
OUR COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
We care about the future of the places where we live and work. TèKHNE's contribution comes from its own area of expertise: helping to use energy better and make more informed decisions about resources.
For us it means considering what an intervention requires, what it saves and how it will be managed over time. When the objective concerns emissions, the energy analysis is integrated with the climate impact assessment.
Energy, resources, future.
A single responsibility.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
The path is adapted to the site and the assignment, maintaining a link between analysis, decisions and verification.
We analyze site, processes and operational habits together with customer requirements. Mass and energy balances and load curves help to understand where and when the demand is concentrated.
A framework of consumption and reference indicators for subsequent evaluations.
We identify areas for improvement and compare the technical and economic feasibility of alternatives. Costs, expected savings and financing methods enter into the evaluation of the investment.
Well-founded alternatives, with expected benefits and implementation conditions.
We define the objectives with the client and distinguish immediate actions from medium and long-term interventions. We involve the people of the organization to accompany operational choices.
An agreed path, with priorities and time horizons.
With the technical partners we develop the executive project and support the authorization process, planning and supervision of the activities. The customer's needs guide the coordination of the work.
The transition from the chosen solution to the intervention.
We monitor performance through defined indicators. The comparison with the starting point allows us to evaluate the choices and identify further opportunities for improvement.
Information to verify objectives and guide subsequent decisions.
PRINCIPLES IN PRACTICE
The diagnosis led to rethinking the sizing of the heating plant. The configuration of the system and the continuity of the service guided the project; the comparison with the final figures allowed us to review the economic results.
