TèKHNE Energy Management

TèKHNE / SERVICES

Heat matched to demand.
Biomass, carefully planned.

We design the thermal solution considering real demand, fuel, spaces and continuity of service.

01 / THE SERVICE

Start from the site.
Define the solution.

All services ↗

Biomass is a system design choice that involves the entire system.

The sizing starts from consumption and heat demand profiles, not just from the power of the generator to be replaced. We evaluate loads, temperatures, domestic hot water and behavior of existing systems.

Fuel supply, storage, vehicle access, emissions, maintenance and backup systems come into play right from the start. The solution must be manageable in the site’s day-to-day conditions.

Requirement

We reconstruct the heat demand and usage peaks, distinguishing the power needed from the energy consumed over time.

Supply chain and spaces

We check availability and quality of fuel, delivery logistics, storage and accessibility of the heating plant.

Continuity

We consider accumulation, regulation, maintenance and integration with any supporting generators.

02 / WHAT WE ASSESS

The questions that
lead the project.

An effective intervention arises from clear data and constraints, shared with those who use and manage the site.

Thermal demand

How much heat is needed in the different seasons and which users must always remain served?

Fuel and storage

What can be supplied, with what characteristics and with what storage spaces?

Management and constraints

Who will operate the system and what authorization and emissions checks are needed for the specific case?

03 / THE PATH

From analysis to commissioning.

The phases and level of detail adapt to the state of the site and the decisions to be made.

FRAME

Consumption and systems

We collect data, observe the heating plant and define the needs, constraints and required continuity.

COMPARE

Configurations

We evaluate the generator, possible storage, hydraulic integration and compatible alternatives.

CHECK

Economy and requirements

We compare investment, fuel, operation and maintenance. Let's check the applicable requirements before proceeding.

REALIZE

Startup and management

We plan installation, tests and transition to operation, taking into account the continuity of the service.

04 / THE RESULTS

A coherent heating plant.
Possible management.

A technical basis for choosing, implementing and following the intervention in actual site conditions.

Basis for investing

Technical and economic hypotheses, residual checks and priorities for the subsequent project.

The conditions and data reported refer to the documented project.

TèKHNE PROJECT

Generation, accumulation and reserve

For a residence for the elderly in Avellino, the diagnosis led to resizing the heat generation system. The project documents a 300 kWt pellet boiler, a 2,500 liter storage tank and the maintenance of gas-fired boilers as a reserve.

BEFORE YOU START

Frequently asked questions.

When does it make sense to evaluate biomass?

When thermal demand, fuel availability, spaces and management make the system practicable. The comparison must be made with consistent alternatives and with actual site conditions.

Is it enough to replace the boiler?

Normally, heat distribution, thermal storage, controls, fuel storage and operation should also be examined. The perimeter depends on the existing heating plant.

Can savings be estimated immediately?

A first estimate is possible with representative data. The result depends on consumption, prices, operating performance and management costs; hypotheses are made explicit.
